1. Returns & Exchanges

We accept return or exchange requests only under the following conditions:

- The product received is defective or damaged

- The wrong product has been delivered

- The product has not been delivered

 

Size or color changes are allowed only as an exchange and not as a refund. Exchanges are permitted only once per order.

 

2. Exchange Window

All exchange or return requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving the product.

 

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only for:

- Defective products

- Wrong products delivered

- Non-delivery of orders

 

Refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7–10 working days after inspection and approval.

 

No refunds shall be issued for size or colour changes.

 

4. Conditions for Return / Exchange

- Product must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged

- Original packaging and invoice must be provided

- Products showing signs of wear, stains, or misuse will not be accepted

 

5. Pickup & Shipping Charges

Pickup and re-delivery charges for exchanges shall be borne by the customer unless the return is due to a defect or wrong product delivered.

 

6. Manufacturing Defects & Warranty

We provide a 1-year warranty on leather products covering stitching, pasting, and zippers. Accessories and ornamental fittings are excluded.

 

7. Approval Rights

MARFIT reserves the right to inspect and approve or reject any return or exchange request in accordance with this policy and applicable laws.
