All products and services displayed on marfit.in constitute an invitation to offer. Your order constitutes an offer which shall be accepted only upon dispatch of the product.

3. Eligibility

Use of this website is available only to persons who can form legally binding contracts under Indian Contract Act, 1872. Persons under 18 years may use the website only under supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

 

4. Pricing & Payments

We strive to ensure accurate pricing. Errors may occur. MARFIT reserves the right to cancel orders with incorrect pricing prior to dispatch. Accepted payment modes include UPI, Cards, Wallets and Cash on Delivery.

 

5. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled by the customer before dispatch. Once dispatched, cancellations are not permitted except as required under applicable law.

 

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Refunds are applicable only in cases of:

- Defective products

- Wrong product delivered

- Non-delivery

 

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days after approval.

 

Size or color changes are eligible only for exchange, not refund. Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery and are allowed only once per order, subject to availability.

 

7. Warranty

MARFIT provides a 1-year warranty on leather products covering stitching, pasting and zippers. Damage due to wear and tear, misuse or accessories is not covered.

 

8. User Responsibilities

Users agree to provide accurate information and use the website for lawful purposes only. MARFIT reserves the right to suspend accounts for violations.

 

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including logos, images, text and designs are the property of MARFIT and protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

11. Limitation of Liability

MARFIT shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the value of the product purchased.

These Terms shall be governed by laws of India. Courts at Kolkata shall have exclusive jurisdiction. Any dispute may be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 with seat at Kolkata.

MARFIT reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
