1. Shipping Coverage
MARFIT ships products within India and internationally across multiple countries worldwide. International availability may vary depending on courier serviceability and local regulations.
2. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 working days after successful payment confirmation, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
3. Delivery Timelines
- Domestic (India): Estimated delivery within 2–14 days after dispatch.
- International: Delivery timelines vary by destination country and courier partner and will be communicated at checkout or after dispatch.
Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.
4. Shipping Charges
- India: Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹799.
- Orders below ₹799 may attract shipping charges as displayed at checkout.
- International Shipping: Charges depend on destination country, package weight, and courier partner. Free international shipping is available on orders above ₹7,000.
Any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or clearance charges for international orders shall be borne solely by the customer.

MARFIT uses multiple courier and logistics partners, domestic and international, including but not limited to Shiprocket, Delhivery, Bluedart, DTDC, India Post, or any other courier service deemed suitable.
Courier partner selection is at the sole discretion of MARFIT.

Tracking details may be shared with customers via email, SMS, or WhatsApp where available, once the order has been dispatched.
7. Delivery Delays
Delivery delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, strikes, customs clearance, festivals, courier delays, or force majeure events.
MARFIT shall not be liable for delays caused by such circumstances.
8. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping addresses. If delivery fails due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer, additional re-shipping charges shall be borne by the customer.
9. International Shipping Disclaimer
International shipments may be subject to customs inspection and clearance delays. MARFIT is not responsible for delays, confiscation, or rejection of shipments by customs authorities in the destination country.
